You will source, engage, and close candidates across multiple verticals, build pipelines, and drive billing growth while delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences. Remote flexibility supports diverse work settings.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years' recruitment experience
• Proven US billing history within agency, RPO, or in-house search environments
• Demonstrated success in managing a full-cycle recruitment desk independently
• Deep expertise in at least one vertical: SaaS/tech, financial services, oil and gas, sales & marketing, or fintech
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in market research and performance management

Familiarity with the following:

• The recruitment industry landscape and best practices
• US employment laws and compliance standards
• Advanced sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies
