Job summary

Nexio in Gauteng seeks a specialist technical documentation professional to develop Huawei SmartPlan designs, BoQs/BoMs, and costing, translating requirements into accurate design and proposal documents.

You will produce SoWs, LLDs/HLDs, and tender responses, collaborate with Presales, Solution Architecture, Engineering and Sales to ensure alignment of technical and commercial inputs, and maintain governance and version control across all documentation.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science or related field is advantageous.
• 3–5 years' relevant experience in technical documentation, telecommunications, ICT solutions, presales support, solution design or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop Huawei SmartPlan designs in accordance with customer requirements and approved solution architecture.
• Prepare SoWs and supporting implementation documentation.
• Produce accurate BoQs and BoMs based on SmartPlan designs and approved solution requirements.
• Validate alignment between solution design, product selection, quantities, licensing and costing.
• Prepare professional technical proposals and tender responses that accurately represent the proposed Huawei solution.
