Sabenza IT & Recruitment presents an exciting Territory Manager role across the Western Cape for a premium wine business. You will drive commercial growth, build strong customer relationships, and ensure standout visibility for the portfolio in your territory.

With 4+ years in territory or sales within premium FMCG or wine, you will own distribution, monitor pricing and margin, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional execution in the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar Territory/Sales role within premium FMCG and/or the wine industry.
• Fluent English and Afrikaans, strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially-minded with ownership, urgency and resilience.
• Proficient MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Hit the numbers: deliver territory sales targets across volume, net sales value, margin and product mix.
• Own your territory: grow distribution, SKU availability and visibility across the portfolio.
• Protect the premium: monitor pricing, promotional compliance and margin performance.
• Build relationships that matter: develop partnerships with customers and support plans, business reviews, trade training, events and activations.
• Turn data into action: keep customer, call and execution data accurate and use market insights to identify opportunities.
• Make things happen: work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Cellar Masters, Finance and Supply teams to deliver exceptional execution in the market.
