Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment is seeking a Territory Manager to lead premium wine sales in the Western Cape. You will own the territory, build distributor relationships, and drive visibility while managing pricing and margins.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in a similar Territory/Sales role in premium FMCG or wine, with strong MS Office skills and a reliable vehicle. English and Afrikaans fluency is essential for field work.

Qualifications

Wine knowledge and commercial sales expertise in premium FMCG or wine.
Proven ability to grow distribution and manage territory.
Strong relationships and customer management skills.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans with strong communication.
Proficient in MS Office; reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

Deliver territory sales targets across volume, net sales value, margin and product mix.
Grow distribution, SKU availability and visibility across the portfolio.
Monitor pricing, promotion compliance and margin performance, escalating risks.
Develop strong partnerships with customers and support plans, reviews and trainings.
Turn customer data into action using market insights to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Cellar Masters, Finance and Supply to deliver execution.
