Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in restaurant management, preferably premium casual or upscale steakhouse.
• Hands-on leader on the floor during peak service.
• Strong proficiency in POS systems and inventory software; excellent financial reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred to meet expansion timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Own the unit's P&L and manage stock, wastage, and labor costs.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain brand standards and health & safety compliance.
• Engage with high-profile clientele and build guest loyalty.
