Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of front-of-house and back-of-house for seamless service.
• Own the unit's P&L, control stock, wastage, and labor costs.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Engage with guests and maintain strong brand relations and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and internal SOPs.
