Salary: R35,000 – R42,000 (negotiable)

Requirements:

• Proven GM experience in premium dining

• 7-10+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry, with 3-5 years in a GM or similar role.
• Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and understanding of restaurant operations
