General Manager Key Responsibilities

• General Manager’s Daily Operations: Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house functions, ensuring seamless coordination and a consistently outstanding guest experience. You will be the driving force behind smooth service, efficient systems, and operational excellence.
• Financial Management: Take full ownership of the unit’s P&L. This includes meticulous management of stock, wastage, labor costs, and daily turnovers. Your ability to balance profitability with guest satisfaction will be a defining measure of success.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team. You will foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence, ensuring that every team member contributes to the restaurant’s success.
• Guest Relations: Act as the face of the brand. Build strong local loyalties, engage with high-profile clientele, and resolve guest feedback with professionalism and warmth. Your presence should leave a lasting impression.
• Standards & Compliance: Uphold brand standards, health and safety protocols, and internal SOPs with precision. Consistency and attention to detail are non‑negotiable.
