Responsibilities

• Provide warm, confident welcome and clear menu guidance.
• Upsell daily specials, wine pairings, and signature dishes.
• Manage assigned sections efficiently during peak service.
• Clear, clean and reset tables to maintain flow and presentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and floor managers; participate in briefings and training.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and adherence to policies.
