Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to upsell products to increase transaction value.
• Proficiency with cash handling and card transactions at a POS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times across the shop and over the phone.
• Greeting customers and creating a memorable Lindt experience.
• Educate customers on Lindt products and sampling to drive interest.
• Process customer orders and credit card transactions at the POS; manage tills.
• Restock, clean and maintain store presentation throughout the day.
