Qualifications

• Customer service and sales skills with ability to process credit card transactions.
• Proven experience in customer service and retail environments.
• Strong communication and ability to upsell while maintaining a premium brand experience.
• Grade 12 qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across the shop and over the phone.
• Greet customers and host to provide a memorable Lindt experience.
• Educate customers on Lindt products and sampling opportunities.
• Upsell to increase transaction value and meet daily sales budgets.
• Manage POS transactions, tills, and end-of-shift procedures.
• Restock, maintain cleanliness, and assist with stock counts.
