Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across the shop and over the phone.
• Greet customers and provide a memorable Lindt experience.
• Upsell to increase transaction value while maintaining service quality.
• Process POS transactions and credit card payments accurately.
• Own and manage till, count floats, and perform end-of-shift procedures.
• Restock stock and maintain shop cleanliness throughout the day.
• Inform customers of promotions and events in-store.
• Assist in monthly stock counts and light administration.
