Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Sales skills with ability to upsell and meet targets.
• Experience handling credit card transactions.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Previous experience in a similar retail environment.
• Grade 12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, across the shop and over the phone.
• Greet customers and provide a memorable Lindt experience.
• Educate customers on Lindt products and tasting profiles.
• Upsell to increase transaction value and promote promotions.
• Process orders through the POS and manage cash/float.
• Maintain clean, tidy store, restock and assist with stock checks.
• Handle monthly stock counts and assist with inventory management.
