Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking a brand ambassador for our premium chocolate shop in Gqeberha. You will deliver world-class customer service, educate customers on Lindt products, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and product knowledge.

You will handle POS transactions, manage tills, and ensure a welcoming, hygienic environment for every guest. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, prior retail experience, and a passion for premium chocolate.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with a premium-brand mindset.
• Ability to upsell while maintaining exceptional service.
• Experience handling card payments and POS transactions.
• Retail environment experience and reliability with daily store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all store sections and over the phone.
• Greet customers, create a welcoming experience, and upsell to meet sales targets.
• Educate customers about Lindt products, ingredients, and storage.
• Handle product sampling and communicate tasting notes effectively.
• Manage tills, cash handling, and end-of-shift procedures.
• Process orders via POS and assist with stock replenishment and store upkeep.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in line with Lindt policies.
