Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Group South Africa in Cape Town invites applications for a premium-brand ambassador role in our chocolate shop. You will deliver world-class customer service and drive sales while representing a globally recognised premium brand.

Greet customers, share product knowledge, and upsell to enhance their体验 while processing orders at the POS. Maintain store standards, assist in stock and merchandising, and contribute to a memorable Lindt experience.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, across all sections of the Chocolate Shop and over the phone.
• Greet customers, say “Welcome to Lindt”, host and provide a memorable experience.
• Educate customers on Lindt chocolate products with passion and depth of knowledge.
• Upsell to increase transaction value and meet daily sales budgets.
• Process customer orders through the POS and handle credit card transactions.
• Own and manage tills, including float counting and end-of-shift procedures.
• Assist in stock replenishment and maintaining shop cleanliness and presentation.
