Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd is seeking a customer-focused sales ambassador for our premium Lindt chocolate shop in Pretoria. You will deliver world-class service, drive sales, and foster a memorable customer experience.

Key duties include greeting customers, providing product knowledge, processing POS transactions, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations to achieve sales targets while upholding Lindt’s Credo and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and ability to handle credit card transactions.
• Previous experience in a similar retail environment is desirable.
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times across all shop sections and by phone.
• Greet customers and provide a memorable Lindt experience, including product sampling and education.
• Educate customers on Lindt products, use knowledge of ingredients and taste profiles to guide choices.
• Process POS transactions and manage tills, including end-of-shift procedures and cash handling.
• Maintain store standards, stock, and merchandising; support daily store operations and sales goals.
