Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily, to own paid media for multifamily clients. You will shape the strategy, allocate budgets, and drive campaigns across major platforms while guiding the narrative during client calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, tracking and testing, and build 90-day roadmaps that demonstrate impact and ROI for portfolio clients.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Own conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
