Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily. You will own paid media for multifamily clients, including budget calls, roadmap, and client narrative. You are the strategic voice and decision-maker on campaigns.

Role requires 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, agency experience across multiple clients, and clear spoken English with US clients on live calls. Prior multifamily or multi-location experience is a strong plus.

• Proven track record moving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
