Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Senior Living, to own paid media for senior living clients including multi-location operators. You will guide targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the narrative on client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, ensure accurate conversion tracking, and drive growth through retention and upsell within a remote, international setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients.
• Experience in senior living or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
