Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, oversee testing, and lead 90-day roadmaps with clear storytelling on performance. Remote work with US, Canada and SA teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; agency experience across multiple clients.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with measurable results.
• Experience handling several clients simultaneously in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for multifamily accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers behind the story.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
