Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget calls, testing, tracking and the 90‑day roadmaps, and drive long-term growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain results on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
