Blacksmith Agency is hiring a PPC Manager to lead paid media for multifamily clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. You own budgets, bidding strategy, testing, and reporting.

You will craft 90-day roadmaps, explain the numbers on client calls, and drive account growth through retention and upsell while maintaining a strategic voice with US clients on live calls.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at one’t.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
