Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in mineral processing operations, with 3+ years in a management role.
• Proven track record in optimizing plant performance, cost control, and safety.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations to meet production targets and cost objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and resource use.
• Manage maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
