The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 6+ years in plant operations, and strong leadership to drive lean practices, cost reductions, and regulatory compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in plant operations management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of managing production processes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring product quality.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and operational best practices in manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand forecasts and delivery targets efficiently.
• Oversee inventory management, raw material procurement, and finished goods distribution.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Lead, train, and motivate the plant operations team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing principles, to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
