Job summary

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Recruitment Resourcer to own its candidate pipeline and drive conversations with UK candidates from South Africa. It is a fully remote role operating on UK hours, with monthly compensation between R29 000 and R32 000 plus placement commissions.

You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates for UK field sales roles across FMCG, food service, finance and property, coordinating interviews and maintaining a proactive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of hands-on recruitment or resourcing, agency or in-house.
• Experience recruiting into the UK market and familiarity with UK candidate/employer expectations.
• Clear spoken and written English suitable for UK conversations.

Responsibilities

• Call candidates at volume daily and qualify them beyond CVs.
• Source and headhunt on LinkedIn with targeted searches and outreach.
• Run screening calls against detailed UK B2B sales vacancy briefs.
• Write clear shortlists for the founder to present to clients.
• Keep candidates warm from first contact through to offer.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a clean pipeline.
• Take on client liaison tasks as experience grows.
