Job summary

Talent Shore is hiring a Recruitment Resourcer to join our remote team in South Africa. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, screening and progressing candidates through the recruitment process, with no client development duties.

You will manage candidate activity, work toward targets, and collaborate with the wider team. The position offers a fully remote setup, UK-style working hours adjusted to SA time, and a monthly performance-based bonus alongside a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment/resourcing, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
• Comfortable spending a significant amount of time on the telephone.
• Ability to work towards measurable performance targets.
• Self-motivated, resilient and able to work effectively in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming candidate applications against job requirements.
• Proactively source suitable candidates using recruitment platforms and databases.
• Identify candidates via targeted searches and CRM research.
• Conduct proactive candidate outreach via telephone, email and text.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure CRM records are accurate and up-to-date.
