Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to cover the Mahikeng territory and surrounding areas. You will promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators, building strong relationships and achieving targets through strategic engagement.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in a related field, proven pharma sales experience, and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales or related healthcare sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and travel extensively in territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers within the healthcare sector in the Mahlikeng Mahikeng region.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits, features, and appropriate use of company products.
• Plan and conduct effective sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage territory expenses and submit timely sales reports and forecasts.
• Attend relevant medical conferences and events to network and promote company products.
