The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (technical certification preferred) and at least 2 years in pharmaceutical production, with familiarity with GMP, aseptic techniques, and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, such as reactors, mixers, tablet presses, and packaging lines.
• Perform routine in-process checks and quality control tests as required.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs, documenting all activities.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to comply with cGMP and safety standards.
• Identify and report any deviations, malfunctions, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or diploma in pharmaceutical technology or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or related production environment.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and aseptic techniques.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, SOPs, and batch records.
