Placements24 is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations in Mahikeng. You will lead a team of production operators, ensuring GMP compliance, safety, and quality while optimizing processes to meet targets.

You will manage equipment operation and maintenance, maintain records and collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless production. This is a leadership role in a growing pharmaceutical facility in Mahikeng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong GMP knowledge and safety compliance.
• Proven leadership and performance management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production operators, providing guidance and performance management.

Requirements
