About the Role

This hands‑on role involves operating and maintaining pharmaceutical production equipment, ensuring adherence to strict manufacturing protocols and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, including reactors, mixers, tablet presses, and packaging lines.
• Perform routine equipment checks, maintenance, and cleaning according to SOPs and schedules.
• Follow batch manufacturing records (BMRs) precisely to ensure accurate production processes.
• Monitor production parameters and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and yield.
• Document all production activities, including material usage, equipment operation, and deviations, in compliance with GMP.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate and maintain mechanical equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
