• Maintain GMP-compliant production environment and adhere to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, including bioreactors, centrifuges, filtration systems, and chromatography skids.
• Execute upstream and downstream processing steps according to approved batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform routine in-process testing and monitor critical process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized production environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.
• Accurately document all manufacturing activities, deviations, and equipment logs in batch records and electronic systems.
• Participate in equipment qualification, validation activities, and troubleshooting efforts.

Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or a related scientific field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with bioprocessing techniques and equipment used in biologics manufacturing.
• Understanding of GMP principles and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong attention to detail, good record-keeping skills, and the ability to follow complex instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including occasional weekends, as production demands require.
