About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor to oversee their manufacturing operations in Randburg . This leadership role is responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring efficient output, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and leading a team of production operators. You will play a crucial part in achieving production targets while adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the pharmaceutical production team, ensuring adherence to schedules and targets.

• Investigate production deviations, implement corrective actions, and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
