Job summary

Instant Impact is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead for Pharma on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, working remotely from South Africa. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment across medical, commercial, regulatory, quality, and business support, ensuring SLAs and hiring targets are met globally.

You’ll source proactively, engage senior stakeholders, and bring market insights to drive decisions, all while leading a sourcing‑led approach in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven pharma recruitment experience is essential.
• In-house, RPO or embedded recruitment experience with SLA delivery.
• Direct sourcing and headhunting, with Boolean search capability.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven hiring decisions using market insights.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage roles end to end from intake to onboarding across pharma & related functions.
• Source proactively and build pipelines with headhunting and passive outreach.
• Set expectations and guide stakeholder decisions using talent market insights.
• Deliver against SLAs and hiring objectives while maintaining candidate experience.
