Talent Delivery Specialist Contract: 6 Month FTC (with potential to extend)

Salary: up to ZAR 600,000 basic + 10% bonus

Location: This role is fully remote; however, we require someone based in South Africa, ideally Johannesburg due to the wider team set-up.

About the Role

As a Talent Delivery Specialist, you'll have a dual focus that showcases the breadth of our talent solutions:

• Impact X - Executive Client Recruitment: You'll source and deliver exceptional executive-level candidates for our Impact X clients, working on senior and leadership appointments across various industries. This requires a sophisticated approach to executive search, leveraging your expertise to identify and engage top-tier talent in the market.
• Instant Impact - Internal Hiring: You'll also support our own growth by recruiting for internal positions across Instant Impact, helping us build the teams that drive our business forward. This includes working closely with the Senior People & Culture Partner to source talent for roles across recruitment, operations, client services, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Search for Impact X Clients: Deliver high-calibre executive candidates for our clients’ senior and leadership roles, utilising sophisticated sourcing strategies and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Internal Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers across Instant Impact to understand team needs and source candidates who align with our values and culture for various business-critical positions.
• Dual-Speed Recruitment: Balance the pace of executive search projects with the agility required for internal hiring, managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations across both streams.
• Executive Engagement: Conduct senior-level candidate conversations, assessing leadership competencies, cultural fit, and strategic thinking for Impact X client roles.
• Market Intelligence: Provide valuable talent insights and market intelligence to both Impact X clients and internal stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on talent trends.
• Employer Branding: Champion the Instant Impact employee value proposition when recruiting internally, while effectively articulating our clients’ unique offerings when sourcing for Impact X assignments.
