Instant Impact is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 6-month Fixed Term contract to own end-to-end hires across client partnerships. You will manage briefs, run processes, and close offers, working inside client teams rather than as an external agency.

This role demands strong stakeholder skills, adaptability across industries, and a data-driven approach. 100% remote in South Africa with flexible collaboration within the Sourcing COE.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a recruiter achieving targets.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment fundamentals.
• Ability to switch between clients and industries without losing pace.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation and follow-through with high attention to detail.
• Comfort with technology and AI tools.
• Experience across in-house, RPO or embedded models is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a portfolio of roles end to end across multiple client partnerships.
• Ramp quickly with each partnership's hiring needs, processes and ways of working.
• Use creative sourcing techniques and AI tools to attract and deliver outstanding candidates.
• Manage interview and offer stages, spotting risks early to achieve strong conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed agreed SLAs and KPIs on every partnership you support.
• Plan and prioritise a varied volume of roles across different clients.
• Take control of recruitment processes and proactively manage hiring manager expectations.
• Keep the ATS and trackers accurate and up to date, whichever client system you're working in.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers quickly, adapting your style to each partnership.
• Share market and talent insights that help hiring managers make better decisions.
• Spot improvements to our clients' TA functions and share learnings across our teams.
