Instant Impact is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple client partnerships in a 6-month FTC. You’ll take briefs, source talent, manage interviews, and close offers from within our client teams, often working remotely in South Africa.

• Track record as a recruiter with a history of meeting targets.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment fundamentals.
• Ability to work across multiple clients with pace and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of roles end to end across multiple client partnerships.
• Ramp quickly with each partnership's hiring needs and processes.
• Use creative sourcing techniques and AI tools to attract candidates.
• Manage interview and offer stages with high conversion.
• Meet and exceed SLAs and KPIs.
