Job summary

Cfs Recruitment (Pty) Ltd seeks a Personal Lines Sales Manager to grow broker relationships, drive new business, and expand market presence nationally. You will lead a team of Personal Lines Consultants, support brokers in growing profitable portfolios, and ensure excellent service delivery while coordinating with internal departments.

Regular national travel is required. The role reports to the Executive Head: Sales in Bedfordview, Gauteng and is a permanent position requiring strong leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing a sales team with direct reports, including setting targets, performance management, and coaching.
• Minimum 3-5 years' Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience.
• Knowledge of current market trends, competitors, and external factors affecting the business.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.

The Personal Lines Sales Manager is responsible for growing and managing broker relationships, driving new business growth, and expanding the company's market presence nationally. The role leads and develops a team of Personal Lines Consultants, supports brokers in growing profitable portfolios, ensures excellent service delivery, and acts as the key link between brokers and internal departments. Success is measured through sales performance, broker satisfaction, team development, and profitable business growth. Regular national travel is required.

• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a sales team to achieve its targets
• Ability to manage performance fairly and consistently, including difficult conversations
• Valid Drivers License
