Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in Tembisa, Gauteng to lead performance-driven campaigns and grow our brand presence. You will design, implement, and optimize paid advertising across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, while collaborating with the marketing team to hit ROAS targets.

The role requires strong analytics, CRO expertise, and the ability to report insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on performance marketing campaigns (paid search and social).
• Google Ads certification or equivalent proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar website analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and other channels.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters to maximize conversions.
• Develop and manage campaign budgets efficiently.
• Research new targeting opportunities and emerging ad platforms.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to craft compelling creatives and landing pages.
• Generate regular performance reports and present insights to marketing leadership.
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in paid digital advertising.
