Placements24 in Paarl, Western Cape, is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels. You will drive customer acquisition and improve conversion rates through data-driven strategies.

The role demands strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with PPC platforms, and the ability to balance budgets while delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on performance marketing or paid digital advertising experience.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research and craft effective ad copy and targeting strategies.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize effectiveness.
• Monitor performance daily, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with latest trends in performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Collaborate with creative teams on ad visuals and copy.
• Manage relationships with advertising vendors and partners.
