Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner, coach and support employees on HR functions including performance management and recruitment.
• Implement HR strategy and policies aligned to company direction.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding and organisational design.
• Provide HR data and insights to stakeholders and manage payroll submissions.
• Support employee relations and ensure compliance with laws and policy.
