Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in HR or related field.
• 3-5 years HR experience with a minimum of two years solid experience in a generalist capacity.
• Experience in an HR partnering capacity in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner, coach and support all employees on the full range of HR functions and support including performance management, recruitment and selection, job evaluation, remuneration and benefits, induction, learning and development, employee relations and employee wellness.
• Implement the HR Strategy and policies in the business ensuring alignment to strategy
• Undertake projects to facilitate HR activities and enhance customer experience
• Support Hiring managers with organisational design and all talent acquisition activities
• Provide HR management information to stakeholders
• Coordinate payroll submissions and ensure accurate remuneration and benefits
• Support all employee relations processes with templates and documentation
• Provide monthly HR reports to BP and Managers
