Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, including the BCEA, LRA, EEA, and Skills Development Act.
• Experience supporting multiple business units within a retail, FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, or operational environment.
• Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel when required.
