Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a comprehensive HR role.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts fairly and promptly.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for open positions.
• Administer performance management systems, including goal setting and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
• Develop HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Provide guidance to line managers on HR-related issues.
