Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support in Stellenbosch, South Africa. The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, and strategic HR initiatives within a management advisory capacity.

You will lead and mentor within HR, contribute to organizational success, and foster a compliant, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a broad HR Generalist role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed.
• Oversee and guide performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
• Develop, interpret, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
• Support talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and keep top talent.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness.
• Provide expert advice and support to management on all HR-related matters.
