You will collaborate with employees and management to ensure efficient, compliant HR processes, onboarding, payroll support, and training opportunities within a supportive Northern Cape team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Officer or Assistant.
• Knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
• Assist with onboarding and ensure necessary documentation is completed.
• Administer HR policies and respond to routine queries.
• Coordinate HR training programs and employee development.
• Assist payroll preparation and benefits administration.
