A well-established metal and engineering specialist in Gauteng is seeking an HR Officer to oversee HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage functions including recruitment, payroll administration, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with MIBFA and MEIBC. A diploma or degree in Human Resources is required, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the metal or engineering sectors. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of solid generalist HR experience.
• Prior experience within the metal or engineering industry is essential.
• Comfortable facilitating and interpreting psychometric assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment and onboarding.
• Administer payroll using Sage Cloud-based Payroll.
• Support performance management and general HR administration.
