Job summary

Batlokoa Enterprise Group is seeking an HR Officer to manage the full HR function from recruitment to payroll support. The role focuses on building a compliant, productive work environment in Embalenhle, Mpumalanga.

The candidate should have at least 1 year HR experience, strong communication skills and a solid understanding of South African labour laws. A Diploma or Degree in HR-related field is preferred, with proximity to the local community a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year HR experience

• Driver’s License will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and selection
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Onboard and orient new hires
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Monitor attendance, leave and performance management
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Assist with payroll administration and HR reporting
• Handle general HR and administrative duties
