Join Epiroc’s dynamic HR team as Payroll Manager in the Regional Centre of Excellence based in Boksburg. Lead Payroll and HR Administration to ensure timely, accurate payroll and compliant operations across Sub-Saharan Africa, partnering with Finance and HR Operations.

You will drive HR transformation including automation, cloud integrations, and data analytics, while nurturing a high-performing, collaborative team in a hybrid work model onsite at Boksburg Jet Park and remotely.

Formación

• 7+ years in payroll, HR administration and labor legislation with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience with Sub-Saharan Africa payroll and tax laws.
• Proven HR transformation and project management experience.
• Experience in Centre of Excellence or Shared Services environment preferred.
• Hands-on with cloud-based HR/payroll systems such as SuccessFactors, PaySpace, Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Payroll and HR Administration within the Regional Centre of Excellence.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with labor and tax laws across SSA entities.
• Oversee audits and partner with Finance and HR Operations.
• Drive HR transformation projects including payroll digitalization and API automation.
• Lead data analytics, AI initiatives, and agile ways of working to improve processes.
• Maintain compliant data management aligned with global/regional policies.
• Develop and motivate a high-performing, collaborative team.
• Promote the One HR philosophy across local, regional, and global teams.
