ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager Africa to lead centralized payroll operations across multiple African entities from Johannesburg. You will drive harmonization of payroll processes, controls, and remuneration structures while ensuring compliance with local laws.

Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will build a high-performing regional payroll function, partner with HR and Finance, and oversee system implementations, governance, audits, and dashboards to support

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional payroll qualification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all African entities.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time across all countries.
• Manage relationships with internal payroll teams and external payroll service providers.
• Monitor payroll performance through SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure payroll calculations, deductions, benefits, incentives, and statutory payments are accurate.
• Resolve complex payroll issues and escalations promptly.
• Partner with HR leadership to standardize payroll-related remuneration components.
