Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll Specialist for a fully remote role. You will manage end-to-end payroll across regions, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

This remote position requires excellent attention to detail and collaboration with HR and finance teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, proficiency in SAGE/Workday/ADP and MS Excel, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary diploma in payroll or accounting is an asset.
• 3–5 years of payroll processing and administration experience.
• Proficiency with payroll software (SAGE, Workday, ADP) and MS Excel.
• Solid understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
